Suzanne Kirsch is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in individual, couples and family therapy and maintains a private practice in Gig Harbor, Washington.

With over 10 years experience as a marriage and family therapist, and as a graduate of Seattle Pacific University, she is currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among her areas of expertise are pre-marital and couples counseling; grief counseling; healing emotional wounds; parenting and blended families, and living possitively with illness.

Suzanne establishes a collaborative and client centered approach to therapy that is based on the clients needs and circumstances.  She recognizes the power of the past to influence the present and believes the purpose of therapy is to support people in gaining personal insight, understanding of others perspectives, and integrating this information while practicing new and productive ways of relating to others.  She is committed to helping her clients uncover and express hidden key emotions and needs, and to explore faulty beliefs and attitudes that can influence problematic behavior in relationships. She believes that as people gain in personal insight they become more authentic and able to enjoy and sustain secure, safe and satisfying relationships. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
